Major Gary Robertson began Yellow Ribbon Tree Experts after serving in the United States Army for 21 years. The name Yellow Ribbon Tree is a tribute to the US Armed Forces as yellow ribbons are used to show support for the men and women serving our country in the military.

After retiring from the Army, Gary wanted a career that complemented his lifelong love of the outdoors and trees. In April of 2006, he launched Yellow Ribbon Tree Experts.

Yellow Ribbon Tree had small beginnings, starting with only three men, a truck, a wood chipper and a bobcat. Today, the company has grown in size and service area, becoming one of the most trusted resources for Atlanta residents in need of tree services. For eight years Yellow Ribbon has served metropolitan Atlanta area residents during storms and natural disasters as well as caring for their trees and tree removal needs. We provide a team of professional, skilled workers with state of the art equipment to serve both residential and commercial properties.
